Restoration: Installation Period

The first phase has been completed. Now it is time to install the Ocean Pearl stone capping which will give the balcony a distinctive style.

For durability delivering a pleasant and well balanced appearance for the exterior walls, we will use Basalt thin stone veneer.

For the interior walls Bryce Porcelain will be installed as this tile resists wear, scratching, chipping, and cracking.

Moisture resistance with low maintenance we will finish off the flooring using Utah Granite tiling.
